If you like variety, this is the class for you!

In this workout you will be rotating through stations doing fun exercises with all of our equipment, such as: dumbbells; sledge hammers; tractor tires; slam balls; kettle bells; free weights; BOSU balls; and battle ropes. All fitness levels are welcome to this total body 45 minute fat blasting class!
