Full Body Strength
In this workout we will be using principles such as supersets, drop sets, and giant sets to gain optimal strength while putting your body into a fat burning furnace! This workout is designed for a full body burn which will help build and tone all that muscle. All fitness levels will get a killer workout in this ultimate 45 minute strength class.
