Milestone

In this workout you will have a set number of exercises and reps, completing as many rounds as possible to really challenge yourself in just 45 minutes! Be prepared to use your own body weight, medicine balls, and free weights. This class will have all fitness levels sweating and having fun as you set the pace and the intensity!
