Tabata is an interval of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, for 8 rounds, totaling 4 minutes of high intensity intervals! This interval workout was created by a Japanese scientist, who found that it was the most effective time for optimal fat loss. You will be using your own body weight, medicine balls, free weights to challenge your body for maximum exertion in just 45 minutes!
