8 Week Transformation Challenge Dartmouth Nova Scotia Balance Fitness


Accountability Teams with 1 Team leader

Prizes:

Winning Team – Balance Fitness Swag
1st Prize – $250
2nd Prize – $150
3rd Prize – $100

RULES:
– Everyone will be working individually as collectively in their teams to help each other stay accountable during the 8 Weeks.
– Challenge INCLUDES Special Meal Plan for 8 Weeks.
– Team Leaders are responsible for Tallying Points earned by their team members and team with the MOST points at the end of the challenge wins the team challenge!
– 3 ways to earn points for your team

Workouts
1 (One) Point earned per day for attending a class, a workout with your trainer, or on your own either at Balance Fitness or at home.

Nutrition
1 (One) Point earned per day for a photo of your healthy meal, meal prep or recipe to let everyone know you are staying on top of your nutrition. 1 point per day NOT per meal!

Mindset
1 (One) Point earned per day for something positive you DO, GIVE, or RECEIVE to yourself or someone else.

In order to earn points YOU MUST POST PHOTO EVIDENCE! Photo evidence must be on your Personal Facebook page and tagging the Balance Fitness page. Team leaders are responsible for tallying points and reporting the weekly total to Jade or Erika.

WEEKLY WEIGHT INS– Mon/Wed between 4:30pm-7:00pm
