I joined Balance Fitness in January 2019. I will admit I was a bit adamant and nervous for a few reasons. One was the cost “ not sure if I should spend that on myself” and could I do this. I had two knee replacements and still was in constant pain. One of my knee surgeries was a flop. The day I came for the orientation I thought I was going to die by the time I made it up 3 flights of stairs. Lol. But I did it! The meal plan took a bit to wrap my head around but once I did, it was smooth sailing. The support was phenomenal. Joining Balance Fitness took me out of my comfort zone. I starting going to classes and also was very nervous as my mobility was holding me back. I can say my first class I thought I was going to throw up. 45 minutes past and I DID IT !!! There were lots of friendly faces so that helped a lot. I starting feeling great and was no longer worried where I went and if they had steps because I now could go up and down them with barley any issues. Ryan was a blessing for me as I need modifications in class and am not able to do any floor exercises and he always has modifications no matter what.. He is such an inspirations. Just when I thought it could not get any better they bring Susan on board. That was the best day ever.. she is such a positive motivation! Balance fitness has been a great change in my life and I am forever great full.
