they really make you feel great about your starring point wherever that might be, and give you SOOOO many tools and soo much support to reach your goal. literally everyone is always smiling and totally cheering you on. 10/10 recommend especially if you're nervous and reluctant about joining a gym :)!

December 1, 2019After completing Balance Fitness’ 6 Week Challenge, I’d like to share my experience with you! I’ve been going to Balance since February of this year. I had set a New Year's Resolution of creating a healthier me and started to go to the gym more regularly. I ended up losing 30lbs (with some ‘vacation fluctuation’ in between) by September, but seemed to platu at about 195 lbs. When I seen that Balance was promoting their 6 Week Challenge for free, I jumped at the opportunity to get involved. Throughout my experience with this challenge, I felt supported by not only the staff, but the other people completing the challenge too. The classes I took part in were instructed by well-trained staff who were very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt comfortable with everyone which is important for me. The meal plan was easy to follow and Balance did a great job of creating their shopping lists and the cookbook to make eating simpler. For anyone who is considering taking part in Balance’s challenges, I highly recommend it - I lost 17.4 pounds to bring be me down 50lbs all together. I credit Balance’s wonderful atmosphere and staff as well as The 6 Week Challenge for my success.

A place ran by women?! Hell yes. Personal Training, learning how to use machines and equipment? Yup. Decent hours, free parking and located along the circumferential highway? You bet. Actually going because I feel comfortable there? Awesome.

It is a fun way to lose weight, get in shape, change your eating habits and feel good about yourself. They have awesome coach's who are understanding, supportive who encourage you to give it your all. 6am was brutal at first but Nikki threatened to pull me out of bed and I'm thankful she did.

Erika and Jade are two lovely women who owns their gym with pride and they love taking care of their members. Go there and try it! You’ll be addicted!!!
